What we do

We are responsible for protecting, managing and administering the property in so far as it relates to the terms of the various schedules contained within the lease, provided they remain reasonable, practicable and not obsolete. This incorporates the collection of service fees and incurring expenditure for the supply of a range of necessary services.

We may collect the following personal information on lessees:

  • Telephone numbers – land line & mobile
  • Address in Kings Court
  • Home, or alternative, address and post code if non-resident in Kings Court

You may give us information on Third Parties:

If you provide information on another person you confirm that you are eligible to act, and receive information, on their behalf and agree that you shall consent to the processing of their personal data

We may collect the following personal information from you regarding sub – lessees:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone numbers – land line & mobile
  • Address in Kings Court
  • Agent (if any) sub-lease administered through together with contact name, address & post code, email address and phone number

Consent for holding personal data

We rely on Contract Law as the basis on which we collect and use your personal data as we are required to hold data on lessees and sub-lessees in order fulfil the contract of managing the development which is our core business purpose. We also rely on legitimate Interests to allow us to carry out our day-to-day core business.

If you are a lessee or sub-lessee, we hold personal information for not less than 6 years after you sell, transfer or surrender (whichever is appropriate) the lease or sub-lease.

We may use the information we gather in the following ways:

  • For Internal record keeping
  • To improve services for the benefit of the development
  • To contact you by email, phone or mail with information relating to the development.
  • To customise our website according to your interests.

We may share your information with:

  • Our Managing Agents
  • Law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation to help prevent unlawful activities
  • The Emergency Services where the situation demands
  • Our Accountants, Solicitors or Debt Collection Agencies where there is a breach of the terms or the lease or another relevant situation demands.
